Gastronomy: "Riviera Lunches" at the Louis XV

Alain Ducasse's cuisine for the Louis XV at the Hôtel de Paris is more reminiscent than ever of the Riviera. The produce, flavours and colours pay homage to this region, with its unique local characteristics. It's precisely this Riviera that the great chefs Alain Ducasse and Dominique Lory wanted to showcase in their new menu.
