MOW 2018: Sustainable seafood consumption

As part of Monaco Ocean Week (MOW), the "From Sea to Plate" initiative organised by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation was held outside Stars’n’Bars. The objective was to raise public awareness about the need to conserve seafood stocks and to support consumers in making the right choices when shopping. At the event, renowned Michelin-starred chefs cooked seafood with students from Monaco’s Vocational and Catering School. The programme included seafood tastings and fun workshops for children. The Department of Education, Youth and Sport also officially signed up to the Mr Good Fish programme.
