10th Anniversary of the international humanitarian section of the Monegasque Red Cross

The international humanitarian section of the Monegasque Red Cross was founded in 2007 and now operates in eight countries. It was created on the initiative of Dr. Mourou and aims to meet the needs of the most vulnerable populations and act at all three levels of humanitarian aid intervention: urgency, rehabilitation and development.
