Grimaldi Forum: Dalí conference and film screening
To mark the 30th anniversary of the death of Salvador Dalí (1904–1989), a conference and film screening dedicated to the artist were held at Monaco’s Grimaldi Forum. Port Lligat, a peaceful haven on the Catalan coast that was closely associated with Dalí’s creative process, was at the heart of a documentary shown at the end of the conference. A team from Monaco Info produced reporting on the Dalí Triangle, shot on location in Catalonia. In addition to this evening at the Grimaldi Forum, Dalí will also be in the spotlight throughout the summer with an exhibition entitled "Dalí, a history of painting".
