Monaco Goût et Saveurs: 20 years in service of flavour
As every year, Taste Week opened with a breakfast in the Hotel Hermitage’s Salon Eiffel. Established 20 years ago by Jean Mary Rizza and Joël Garault, this initiative is a chance to introduce children to flavours and to the simple pleasures of dining. This year, the Monaco Goût et Saveurs association is celebrating its twentieth anniversary and opted to introduce children to apples and spelt. The children were also able to meet the chefs.
