Royal couple pay friendship visit to Burkina Faso
As part of a friendly visit to Burkina Faso, the royal couple was welcomed to the Presidential Palace where they were granted an audience. They then stopped at a pre-school early learning and education centre, where a memorandum of understanding was signed with partner NGO Planète Enfants et Développement. The royal couple next paid a visit to the Burkina Faso National Fire Brigade which, as part of an agreement with the Principality, benefits from assistance in the form of equipment. Their final port of call took the royal couple to the head office of the Burkina Faso Red Cross, where they had an opportunity to meet children who had received surgery thanks to the Monaco Humanitarian Collective.
