"Taba Naba" brings music to the Oceanographic Museum
A trio of Australian artists performed at the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco in connection with the "Taba Naba" exhibition. Archie Roach, Craig Pilkington and Russell Smith introduced the Monegasque audience to folk music inspired by the history of the aboriginal peoples. The musicians had arrived straight from the Interceltic Festival in Lorient. The performance included a well-known children's song from the Torres Strait.
