COVID-19: Thirteen New Positive Cases and 14 Recoveries on Monday 22 November

Thirteen new positive cases of COVID-19 were identified on Monday 22 November.

This therefore brings the overall health figures for the Principality to 3,567 people affected by the Coronavirus since the beginning of the health crisis.

This evening, ten people are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital: eight people, three of whom are residents, are provided in-patient care. Two other patients, who are non-resident, are in intensive care.

There are 14 further recoveries to be noted. The total number of people who have recovered is 3,455.

This Monday evening, 64 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-up Centre, which provides medical support to patients with mild symptoms, who are invited to self-isolate at home.

In line with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this regard, these daily health assessment figures report only on resident persons affected by the Coronavirus.

The Prince's Government is also communicating the figures relating to testing. These figures are as of Sunday 21 November inclusive.

  • Rate of positive tests carried out on residents and non-residents:  3.58%.
  • Incidence rate, i.e. the number of persons testing positive per 100,000 inhabitants over the past seven days:  198.17 (106.91 last week).
