The Department of the Environment is organising “Night of the Bat”, an evening to raise awareness of these nocturnal creatures, at the Oceanographic Museum from 7 pm on Wednesday 17 July.
The event, which is open to all, will provide an opportunity to learn more about how these small mammals live and what is being done to protect them.
The programme includes a presentation and a film about bats, followed by a nocturnal listening session in the Saint-Martin gardens.
For further information and to register for the event, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are only 30 places available.
