Exercise Richter: positive outcome for earthquake simulation

Patrice Cellario, Minister of Interior, gave a report on the earthquake simulation which was held in the Principality. The aim of the exercise was to learn to manage communications and coordination between France and Monaco in the event of an earthquake.
