MonacoPhil celebrates 20th anniversary

The Principality’s biennial international philatelic event was officially opened by H.S.H. Prince Albert II on Thursday 30 November. MonacoPhil is celebrating its twentieth anniversary this year, and is showcasing some extremely rare items to mark the occasion.
