Office of Occupational Medicine modernised

The Office of Occupational Medicine, which has been based in Fontvieille for a number of years, has undergone a significant modernisation in terms of its sphere of activity, to enable it to better respond to the requirements of Monegasque workers. In addition to creating a brand new website, the Office will be getting more involved on the ground, through a team of occupational risk prevention staff. Other changes include the following: pre-recruitment medical check-ups will normally now be carried out after the recruitment of the employee, while employers will finally be able to lodge an appeal against the decision of a doctor to declare an employee unfit for work.
