Pasteur development phase 1

The construction of the Pasteur development, on the former railway land, requires changes to traffic circulation in the sector during the various phases of the work. This video has been created to illustrate for drivers the traffic changes they will see during phase 1, which is set to begin in mid-July 2016 and end during the first half of 2017.
